Make it Match, Make it Splash!

C'est parti pour tout un weekend de challenges chez Spiegelmomscraps, pour le National Scrapbooking Day! Nous participons à cette fête en collaboration avec l'équipe créative de wildwhisperdesigns! Chaque membre de l'équipe vous a concocté un challenge, alors resté connecté(e)s au compte Instagram de l'équipe!

At Spiegelmomscraps, we're celebrating National Scrapbooking Day all weekend long in collaboration with the wildwhisperdesigns DT.

J'ouvre le bal ave le challenge Make it Match, Make it Splash! Je vous propose d'accorder la teinte dominante de votre photo avec une encre ou une texture paste.

I'm starting the weekend with the Make it Match, Make it Splash Challenge!!!
It is a mixed media challenge in which you will have to match the dominant colour of the photo you've decided to use with the corresponding ink or texture paste.

C'est une photo prise lors des dernières vacances de Pâques, alors que nous admirions le coucher du soleil. C'est ce qui donne la couleur orangée à notre photo. 

Je l'ai assortie à la Shimmerz Peach Fuzz Paste-eeez  que j'ai étalé sur mon pochoir Decoart. J'ai choisi ce pochoir car il fait aussi le lien avec le thème du mois chez SMS : Les Fleurs. La plupart des embellissements viennent de la  Collection Oasis de chez Crate Paper et Gigi et Moi. Puis j'ai parsemé ma page de tampons divers. J'apporte à ma page sa touche de luminosité avec les sequins Neon Summer et Gold Stardust. 

This photo was taken during our last Easter break, we were on the beach, watching the sunset, which gave the orange colour to the picture....

I've decided to match it with the Shimmerz Peach Fuzz Paste-eeez which I spread on a Decoart stencil. I chose that particumar stencil since it perfectly fits our month theme : Flowers!

Most of the embellishments I used are from Crate Paper's Oasis collection and Gigi et Moi.

Then, I used various stamps.

To brighten it all up, I picked some Neon Summer sequins and Gold Stardust sequins.

Comme d'habitude, quelques détails....As usual, here some sneak peeks....
