Remember this - Like for Ever DT

C'est avec quelques jours de retard ( trop de copies à corriger) que je vous montre ma page réalisée avec le Kit de chez Like For Ever (Woodland Kit, collection 1canoe2)

J'ai tout de suite flashé sur les petits cadres métalliques et j'ai cherché une photo qui pourrait leur convenir.... Mon choix s'est porté sur une photo de Pierre et Maëlle que j'affectionne particulièrement... Cest rare qu'ils soient ensemble sur une même photo...

Here I am with another page using the January Woodland Kit. I really like the small metallic picture frames and I tried to find a picture to match one of them. I decided to use the TOGETHER one and therefore to scrap a picture of my two kids together. I have only a few of them in fact and I particularly like this one.

 Pour cette page, j'ai utilisé le papier à motif de Forest Berry, que j'ai découpé suivant les différentes couleurs. J'ai ensuite superposé ces différents papiers afin de faire mon arrière plan.  Puis j'ai utilisé les autres papiers du kit pour matter ma photo.

I decided to use the Forest Berry patterned paper and to cut each color independently in order to use the different colours as different superimposed backgrounds. Then I used other papers from the kit to ‘mat’ (is that English?) my picture.

 Une fois la disposition générale de ma page en tête, j'ai travaillé mon fond de page blanc en l'éclaboussant à l'aide de mes Néocolors. Puis je l'ai tamponné.  Il ne restait plus qu'à coller les papiers, rajouter quelques embellissements et le tour était joué!
Tout parait si simple quand le kit est génial!!!!

Once I had an idea of the general layout, I worked on my white background, splattering it with neocolor pens. I also used some stamps. I stuck the different layers of papers and added different embellishments from the kit. And that’s it! In fact everything seems so simple with such a great kit!
